Huge Apartment in a Great Location

I've lived here for about 5 months in my one bedroom apartment and I've loved every second of it. The apartment itself is very large with modern appliances and a luxurious feel. The staff and management are friendly and have been very helpful when I've made different requests or had specific questions. They also respect the tenants by always wearing a mask and keeping their distance when entering the apartments for maintenance checks, which I appreciate. Inman Park is an awesome neighborhood to live in with tons of restaurants and shops. The Beltline is my backyard. The proximity to Downtown and Midtown gives this area an urban flare, while still feeling like I belong to a neighborhood community. My apartment faces Highland Ave, and due to the popularity of Inman Park and its many attractions, it can be loud. N Highland Steel does have apartments that face the pool which is more interior, so that may be a consideration if you are sensitive to sound.

Parking only an issue b/c of the car break ins. Noise only loud occasionally at late night/early morning due to location of N Highland and Beltline, but the location makes up for that issue. Location, location, location.

Sarah Hux

rooms are small but they work. Only great thing about this property is Sarah Hux that works in the office. Bent over backward to help us out with anything we needed.
