Overall, would recommend

The building is very well built and we can barely hear our neighbors. The concierge is fantastic and super helpful and maintenance is very nice as well. For the location and finishes, this place is an awesome deal and I would recommend it. The building is a block to MARTA and the Lindbergh community is in close proximity to all the major interstates. As far as the downsides, the other residents (which obviously is not the building staff's fault) can be very messy and inconsiderate. On multiple occasions we have found trash in the hallways, and one time someone had thrown up in multiple places and just left it. Maintenance can take awhile sometimes, which I believe is due to being understaffed. We have only had a couple maintenance requests during our time here, which included a broken microwave, fridge, and dryer. The fridge was replaced extremely quick, but the other two items took weeks and multiple follow-up emails to get fixed. We found out later that one was due to them ordering a whole new microwave and the other the maintenance guy was on vacation and there was one to fill in for him, but that was not communicated to us until after the fact. Finally, the elevators seem to be down a decent bit, and they are often rented out to people moving in during peak times, which can be frustrating when there are only 2 elevators. However, the building is a mid-rise so its not a huge deal to have to take the stairs every now and then. Overall, we have enjoyed our time here, and I would recommend moving here.

One of the Nicest Places I've Lived Since Home

Great View of the City over Pike's Nursery. Lap pool and larger pool were very clean and well maintained all throughout the year!! Valet was decent. There should be a weekend pick up maybe as well? Nonethless, the staff were very hospitable and friendly.
