The corporate office discriminates against disabled tenants

I am autistic. I have attempted time and again to have my ability to pay online restored by the corporate office with no response or change. I've informed them that I am autistic as well. I have sensory input issues and therefore going to the grocery store to get a money order, and turning it in manually at the office is excruciating for me. They do not care about the evidence I have provided showing that they are in error in removing my website permission. I already called my bank and they confirmed that the NFS item that the corporate office (First Communities) is using to keep me from paying online is incorrect and an error. They won't even bother to get back to me to simply tell me 'No, you cannot use the website', they just ignore me. Which means they are facilitating a situation that I cannot pay my rent on time every month, and they know that they are taking advantage of my disability because I already informed them I am autistic. The leasing office staff at my local apartment complex is excellent, this review is directed at the Corporate Office, NOT the local office.
