Century Skyline

The location of this community is amazing. Right in the middle of downtown Atlanta and Midtown. However, for the amount of monthly rent paid, the accommodations and amenities should be MUCH better. The work out facilities are always missing something- a weight, strap needed for a machine, water, cleaning wipes, mats, etc. the pool is rarely open, which is one of the most desirable features of the property. The elevators are frequently broken. The stairwells are horribly kept, with trash and animal feces sitting there for months. The staff does not care to hear your concerns and give off the impression they are just here to collect their paycheck. No one seems to take pride in the community. We get constant emails about fines we will receive if we violate rules as a tenant, however the property management does not work to make our community a comfortable one that gives the same value to its residents as we put in for rent each month.

Nice Staff Terrible Property

I moved here 4 years ago, it was awesome. The property was very clean, nicely maintained and the units were rather spacious. Things went waaaayyy downhill. The fire alarm is constantly being pulled, There is trash literally on every floor. Trash is in the halls thrown all over the parking garage and in the stairwells. People's cars are constantly broken into, tires stolen and even entire cars stolen. The amenities are often closed during times when they are supposed to be open and the elevator is constantly down. It's very disappointing how bad this place has become. The staff is super nice and the maintenance guys are awesome. I just don't understand why they can't get their property under control.

More than 50% building is Airbnb that rent to kids. Out of residents 75% trash the building just like half the Airbnb guests. Amenities are not kept up. Staff are nice but do not find solutions in a timely fashion, to amenity issues which we shouldn't have to constantly complain about. Less and less care is going into keeping up the building and grounds. But rent keeps climbing astronomically.

Run away fast

Overall horrible management. It’s sad to see how much this community is failing, because of the lack of management care and obedience. All of the management and maintenance persons need to be replaced if this apartment complex wants to ever get back on its feet. Talk to the residents who live here before you make a decision. Advertising can lead to a quick decision but if you want to know what it’s truly like to live here just ask a resident. The location is great for access to downtown midtown and buckhead. That’s the only good thing about this place. Less and less apartments are being occupied and more tenants are leaving. I always try to take care of the complex and clean up when I can but the management is just impossible to work with. And don’t even think about trying to get in touch with corporate.
