Made with honesty

When maintenance request order is placed, it takes weeks, sometimes months before it's resolved. Poor management since 2023.

good value, poor dumpster/sanitation and grounds maintenance

Lived here since April 1, 2004. I like courtesy and friendliness of staff and that washer/dryer is built into rent, not separate. Need to improve sanitation issues around trash bin. It is often overflowing with unbagged garbage. Inside locks or latches need to be installed in units.
