Below average for this rent

I have been living in this apartment for almost 9 months now. The location is really good and all the required shops are nearby. The community is also really good. But the maintenance is not up to the expectation and the rent is also a little high for these old buildings. Not many amenities are available for kids to play and the swimming pool is also really small for this big community.
