Noise

I've noticed that many residents do not consider that other residents can hear their apartment doors slamming shut over and over again during the day and in the evening causing a big disturbance to other tenants including myself. I make a point of watching that I do not slam my door when entering or leaving my apartment out of respect for other residents. Some residents appear to take advantage of the fact that there is no security on site after the leasing office closes, residents will blast their music on their balcony near the pool area or permit their guests to talk loudly and will entertain from their balcony near the pool area or in the pool area past 11 p.m. disturbing tenants who live in the pool area. Lastly, some residents are not asking their children to not run on the floors playing and making loud noises as if they are playing outside. This lack of consideration for residents is quite disturbing. Since I live right across from the elevator, I hear a lot of this unwanted noise. As a suggestion, maybe an email could be sent out asking residents for more courtesy from residents regarding noise in all of these areas. Many residents just may not be thinking about this and a friendly email might be of help. With this being such a beautiful property it is my hope that the noise issue will be addressed. I appreciate the opportunity to give a review and express my concerns with the hope that my review will help Artesia continue to be all that it can be for all current and future residents. My new favorite complex

I came in and spoke with Elaine and received a tour. I immediately fell in love with the complex, amenities, and units. I decided to put my deposit the same day and now I am enjoying a spacious 1 bedroom. When I asked about upgrading to a larger unit. They even gave me a plan on how they would accommodate that. I love this place and staff and I think you would too

Artesia so far has been such a wonderful place to live! The location of the apartments is amazing! The staff is kind and very helpful. The amenities are great and super convenient.
