Beach Vibe

I love living here, great location, and great amenities - parking is not so good, can never find a spot near the building and the only down is the building I am located at the one next to me, the outside landscape is never maintained and always overgrown - kind of out of site out of mine - this includes the actual building - for a new building surprised to have paint peeling around the outside cement walls and my building has several areas that were to be repaired from the build that I inquired as it is on my patio as well, but still not repaired and in my 2nd year on the property. The only other is wishing the halls and common space in the buildings were kept cleaner - I go out and clean the trash leaks in front of my apartment with bleach each week just to make it look better and sweep/dust as well. Great staff and everyone for the most is extremely friendly.

Comments: A "home of comfort" often includes the comfort of a loving pet. Our community is pet-friendly & offers pet perks for our four-legged residents. Pets must be commonly recognized as an accepted domestic pet and must be spayed or neutered. Residents are responsible for having dogs leashed at all times and cleaning up after their pets. Aggressive breeds are strictly prohibited. Stop by the office to learn about specific pet policies. Restrictions: Breed Restrictions are as follows: Tosa Inu/Ken, American Bandogge, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, Doberman, Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Boer Boel, Gull Dong, Basenji, Mastiff, Perro de Presa Canario, Fila Brasiliero, Wolf Hybrid, Caucasian Oucharka, Alaskan Malamutes, Kangal, German Shepard, Shepard, Chow, Spitz, Akita, Reptiles, Rabbits and Pot Bellied Pigs.
