Staff never responds/propertymanagement
I've lived here 2 years and never had issues communicating with proprty manager - they live you in the dark, the elevator got repaired 3x and we have had no light in it since inital repair.
New Mgmt Company Old Review
We have a new mgmt comp and my review will be about the old mgmt company. 1. Issues NOT fixed timely 2. Multiple interchanging workmen who had to start over each time - turn around 3. Elevator - not working AGAIN & the light in elevator is out. 4. Lights in front of my apt never work & it is very dark. 5. My roommate has had almost 2 years of issues with a leaking closet. This month water was pouring from the light fixture. Thank God no one was zapped. Requests have been made to disconnect light fixture but no one has come out to do it. 6. Washer & Dryer on the fritz AGAIN. I hope the new mgmt makes better and more timely repairs.
