service and parking
the parking lot was no enough for the number of apartments, also the mantained of the apartments and the quality are very poor. on top of this, the persons who do not leave the property begin to play at the tennis area at 7 in the morning and after 10 in the night and they don't have restrictions about it.
Not worth the money that is being paid for rent
Been here almost 2 years the location is perfect but the cost of rent compared to what you get in return, does not meet expectations.
Used to be better maintained.
When we moved here, 4 years ago, the common areas were very well maintained. Now... not so much. Every time we use the pool, we first have to clean the table and every single time we have to pick up a lot of garbage. The shelters use to have grills... they all fell off out of rust and have none been replaced. The green areas by the pools... extremely poorly maintained areas. It took almost 3 months to get my sliding door handle replaced. It's been over 3 months requesting the fixing/replacement of the kitchen tiles... nothing! I do have to say that every time I have a problem with the AC, service is almost immediate. Entrance gates don't work any more and the rails are all loose, so the noise of cars passing the gates is permanent and very, very loud.
