And why our 1, 2, & 3 bedroom apartment homes feature subtle details like crown molding and wood-style flooring that make all the difference. Just off Jog Road and adjacent to the Apoxee Park Trailhead ten miles west of downtown West Palm Beach, you’ll be near Palm Beach Gardens and within walking distance to local boutiques and eateries. Getting around is also a breeze with easy access to the Florida Turnpike and I-95. After all, making your life easier is what Vista Lago Apartments is all about.
DEPOSIT & FEES: $250 non-refundable fee per pet (additional $100 fee for puppies and kittens under 1 year of age, per pet) PET RENT: $25/month for dogs $25/month for cats (per pet, 2 max allowed) We welcome your domestic pet if it is a bird or fish with written approval from our on-site management team. No reptiles or exotic animals please. Fish tanks are not to exceed 55 gallons. PET OVERVIEW: Dogs and cats, including puppies and kittens under 1 year old, are welcome at our community. All pet residents must have their health check and shots, and be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age. A signed animal addendum is required to be on file at our leasing office. Two (2) max pets allowed.   SUPPORT ANIMALS: If the animal is an emotional support animal, pet deposits are not necessary and breed restrictions do not apply. A signed letter that meets the company standards for a reasonable accommodation regarding emotional support animals from a qualified professional along with proof of current rabies shots and licenses (if legally applicable) is required.   SERVICE ANIMALS: If the animal is a service animal, pet deposits are not necessary and breed restrictions do not apply. If your disability and the work performed by the animal is not readily apparent, you may be asked to confirm that the service animal is required because of a disability and asked to describe the work or tasks the service animal is trained to perform. Proof of current rabies shots and licenses (if legally applicable) is required.   BREED RESTRICTIONS: We will accept all breeds of dogs, except the following or any combination of mixed breed that contain any of the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull Terriers*, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, and Wolf Dog Hybrids. *(including all Pit Bull breeds - American Pit Bull Terriers, American or Irish Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, American Bull Dogs, Pit Bull Bordeaux,and Fila Brasilerio). We reserve the right to add additional restricted breeds at any time.

First Impressions

I had to move into the apartment without seeing the inside due to COVID-19, and once I saw the apartment I several things to note. The counters were coming off, the cabinets are peeling off (paint wise), the dishwasher was missing a utensil bucket, brackets were missing on the shelf in the closet, an electrical outlet was loose, the plastic around the windows are cracked off, the carpet came off completely in the master bedroom, and faucet in the kitchen was leaking underneath causing a water puddle. However, the maintenance staff was quick to react due to the staff in the office putting in work orders. This is my 3rd week here and everything is fixed except cabinets and windows. The staff (Stephanie) is amazing and so personal. The area makes me feel safe and I love the environment here. Even though its a little pricey I do find it enjoyable to live here and cant wait to start a new chapter in my life.
