I have been here since July 31, 2013. My biggest complaint and problem the past few years had been the road construction, etc. which created more traffic. Now access here is not okay. I question there is only one entrance and exit that has to accommodate The Columns residents and Wyndrush next door. It seems there should be another access.

Over priced - Maintenance request; when acknowledged; are rarely completed or poorly completed.

Good property. Good service and very accommodating. Ground kept but need the to maintain needs of resident waiting on pest control must handle every residence according to the need and also the maintenance request when they are in the system the factor of each maintenance request to be completed must be brought into a place of completion.... There must be more work to be administered as far as the maintenance request being handled in an expeditiously internally as well as externally each person must do their job and each month fulfill their assignments.. everyone in management is doing a good job everyone in management is doing a great work it is teamwork that is facilitated and it is very obvious that each person who resides at columns of Cypress and Wesley chapel is cared .....for... The team at Collins of Cypress is a team that works together to make sure that every resident has what they need they also make sure that they do what they are able to do according to their work and what is brought forth for them they are aggressive and compassionate various organizations assisting with the blood drive as well as metropolitan ministries to feed our homeless they have various characterized administrative duties that enables them to be the best that they could be that they are working diligently to make sure each attendant and each interval Neither met.
