It is only two floors. -Our units are pet friendly. An extra $225 refundable (per pet) will be charged to cover any type of eventual damage. Likewise, a non-refundable $99 pet cleaning fee will be requested that must be paid before the check in. Guest pets must be always leashed when outside of the unit (visitor pets included). -The unit does not include a washer or dryer on-site. The city of Miami is located next to the Atlantic Ocean, which allows you to enjoy a fairly mild, hot and sunny climate. Even in summer the sea breeze can be quite refreshing due to the high humidity levels. Between the months of June and September temperatures range from 77F to 90F degrees, while in winter, the wind chill and the environment in general remain quite mild, with a temperature between 55F and 77F degrees. Anyway, it is important to keep in mind that it has a rainy season that goes from October to May and a dry season from November to April. This makes January the coldest month of the year and August the warmest.
