Renters beware

When you move in be sure to really look around your apt dont be fooled by cheap rents and rent specials 6 apts that I know of vacated over past month that are people I know I have a mold issue here, making me ill ,got a certified mold inspection ,now the VP says his " mold person" reviewed and we are " missed informed" 5 doctor visits to urgent care,Md and ENT sinusitis,bronchitis,nose bleeds, short of breath Even gave MD note to vacate. Owners mold guy hasnt seen the mold covered air ducts and rusty HVAC unit. Mold under bedroom tac strips oh wait pictures provided ....I guess we are liars Throwing out new furniture cant rake a chance for mold to go with us Dont take any place here site unseen yup thats their policy Move in and deal with it.

Woodmere Apts of Venice

I have occupied in two apartments during the 25 years I have lived at Woodmere Apartments. Maintenance has always been prompt and courteous when I send in a maintenance request. There is a pool and exercise room plus a business area where you can make copies or send a fax. There are four on-site lakes with wading birds, raptors and ducks. There is a shopping center with stores, groceries, restaurants and banks within walking distance. l have enjoyed living here and plan to stay.
