Decent apartments, but not maintained well.

When i moved into my apartment I was expecting someone to have just come through and made sure everything was fixed. However upon moving in I discovered MANY maintenance issues. The door to the outide storage was rotted through, my front door wouldnt latch, only the deadbolt works, my light outside doesnt work either, nor does the bathroom fan, the toilet constantly drains, there are no door shelves in the fridge, and the peephole is obstructed. Not very impressed.
