Counting down the days until my lease ends!

I was going to hold off on writing a review but so many bad experiences have occurred in the short amount of time that I am here I feel compelled. This is by far the worse place I have ever lived for a myriad of reasons. #1 Noise level from the neighbors above me are loud, rude, and beyond out of control. Constant Stomping all day, screaming and overall non neighborly behavior that ramps up between the hours of 7pm till midnight #2 There are roaches, I find myself killing them almost every other day. #3 Maintenance responds to emergency work orders 10 days out and in the case they come the same day they don't actually fix the issue. (As I sit in my apartment which is 84 degrees because the AC fail safe trips because the line keeps filling with water) I put in a work order 3 days ago and nothing. I could go on about other things like myself, 2yr old and 2 dogs being attacked my a neighbors Mastiff mix roaming the community off leash and collar and it taking 5 people to help me. I'll just end by saying I regret moving here and I will note my experience here and on google review.

An excellent value for the area.

We've had no complaints about service and the staff is attentive to resident needs. Kitchen and baths need updating(!), but maintenance team is responsive when requested. It's a safe, pleasant, quiet environment for families. The garage makes it a great value.
