Owner selling home

I had been living in my home for 4.5 years and was notified that it was being sold and I had less than 45 days to move. Carrollwood has great schools and is centrally located in Tampa. I also work for Adventhealth Carrollwood so that was a double plus for me. Applying was easy and quick. I was approved in one week even with my not so good credit. I was STOKED because this left me with time to spare, to pack, get the U-Haul etc. When I went to the office to pay my deposit and application fee, I was even more impressed with the warm welcoming I received by the office staff Julia and Christene. Moving in was problem and stress free. I would strongly recommend Foxcroft to anyone looking for a new home!!

What a great job this team of new management has done

I’ve lived here for a few years now I’ve been to many managements this has been the best crew this company has had Natasha Lopez Melody Lee And Steve Sike and the other maintenance man You’re always on time the office is now open on Saturdays They been doing so much work around here for everybody I really appreciate their kindness also They go above and beyond to make sure things are done we are truly grateful that part of your staff

New to Complex

We just moved to Tampa about 3 months ago. I have to say that the staff here are pretty amazing!! They are very responsive, they never make you feel like you are bothering. If there is any issue with something in the complex, they go check it out right away. Maintenance is also great to deal with. Needed a better or new fridge, we got it right away, he also gave us with a tips with ants. I have been living here for 3 weeks now and I love it. Apart is super cozy for my family!
