5yrs I enjoy living at CENTURY CROSSTOWN the property is well kept and the staff is excellent
Love it minus upkeep of grounds
We love our apartment, Toni is great, and haven't had the chance to work with the maintenance team yet but they seem very friendly. Unfortunately though, I wouldn't recommend living here simply because the hallways are DISGUSTING. There's ALWAYS trash thrown down the steps, in the hallways, spills, trash outside in the landscaping trash in the parking lot, a few vehicles that should be towed. We are really clean people, but then when we walk out of our house its filthy. We don't even want to invite friends over because of it. It's embarrassing.

I have lived here for almost 3 years and have had a great time. Very quiet and great location.
Need to fix amenities
It's a good location with good staff. However the outdoor cooking pits and grills always broken. Pool needs to be cleaned not on top of amenities
Amenities Need Fixing.
We have not lived here long and have noticed a lot of exterior issues with our living. Dog waste is never picked up off the ground, probably due to lack of bags provided and dog waste bins are rarely emptied causing them to overflow. We were told there was a $200 fine for not picking up our dog waste yet the complex grass is full of it! The worst part is since no one cleans it up, the lawn people come and just mow over the dog waste causing it to go everywhere, mainly the sidewalks we walk on. There are several grills throughout the complex but as of now we have only found 1 of the grills by the pool to be functioning. We have gone to the pool multiple times where we have not been able to use the grill due to people grilling ribs for 4-6 hours on the ONE WORKING GRILL! Parties happen at the pool quite often and no one does anything about it. With the overall rent in Florida going down, we are pretty upset and disappointed that we are paying as much money as we are to not receive what was promoted upon signing our lease.
