Love Woods of Killearn

I have lived here for two years now and it is not only a great location in Tallahassee but it is in a very safe neighborhood. The property is well kept and clean, maintenance is quick to respond to issues and the office staff is wonderful. It is a great price for the location.

There is no place better than here.

I have lived in this apartment since 2017, and I am satisfied here. I believe everybody knows that rental prices of all apartments and houses in the city have increased since the COVID-19 pandemic, but this apartment is lower than other similar apartments. The office and maintenance people are very kind and quickly respond to my request every time. Last year, I tried to find another place, according to my kids growing up, but I couldn't find a place that was better than this apartment. Finally, my choice is a townhouse unit in the same apartment. Try this apartment if you find a unit that has a reasonable price, a good location, and is safe. I believe you will not be disappointed if you choose this apartment.

It's great

We enjoy living at the Woods of Killearn, we've lived here for 19 years. The grounds are always maintained nicely. The apartments were recently renovated and are very spacious. They have a playground for the kids and a dog park for your fur babies. The swimming pool is professionally maintained and a newly renovated laundry facility and fitness room. It's a great community.
