Hope new management can make this place better. Why am I paying a parking fee when there is never a close parking spot. Parking almost to the apt entrance when I live in the back is unjustly especially at night

Review

Stairs need power washing, recycling needs to come back many things gone not recycled. We have had to express our issues multiple times. It's stupid we are being told what way to face our cars when parking because someone doesn't want to get out of their car to look at the plates.
