Maintenance Team

I've been a tenant for over 3 years and the maintenance team and administrative staff here is amazing! Any issues I've had have been dealt with swiftly and professionally. Victor and Courtney, especially, always have a friendly demeanor and do what needs to be done to remedy any concern.

Altamar at Broadwater-New Property Manager

Ever since the new property manager started, maintenance requests are being done in a timely fashion, I don't see a lot of sketchy people in the property anymore, the phones are being answered and I see her picking up trash and driving around the property in the golf cart inspecting the buildings and trash area. I saw a huge improvement in the last month. I hope it remains consistent.

Have to chase maintenance to do everything

Just a headache dealing with them honestly one minute your on the list for the month to get unit sprayed, but you have to chase the pest man down when he comes. The staff is short and can’t handle the volume of residents. Front office is very kind but you’ll probably move before anything gets down to your unit. Hurricane Dorian came and my back room keep flooding and the only solution was cleaning the carpet every time it floods. Terrible solution.
