Great location and price of rent. The parking situation can be improved. There’s never any parking spaces closed to my building at night. Also there are a few maintenance major issues in my apartment that haven’t been address or fixed.

I pay with check because my renters app has not been allowing me to pay on the app and i have been told several times that someone would open up a ticket for me and the problem is still not fixed. I was out if town in September and didn’t come back until the 6th and was charged with a late fee!! Which i feel like I shouldn’t have because if the problem was fixed i could have paid on the app! I would like for corporate to contact me about this issue because i keep getting falsely accused of giving my check late (been accused falsely 3 times already)

Needs more space

Parking is always a pain and we residents feel that it’s wrong to be towed from our own homes. I understand that there’s “available reserved spots that I can pay extra for” but those spots suck more times than none. I’m also about to put my third maintenance call for my AC and I’ve been here for seven months.....
