Nestled in the Gateway area of northern St. Petersburg, Lincoln Shores is a lake front community conveniently located minutes from Tampa, local beaches, dining and shopping.  
We believe that being pet-friendly is a “must-have” in apartment home living. For dogs, breed restrictions do apply – no aggressive breeds. However, take comfort in knowing we welcome your smallest pet or even your largest pet, guaranteeing no weight restrictions. There is a two-pet maximum per home. We require a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet, due at move-in and a monthly pet rent of $15, per pet. Pet(s) must be “on a leash” at all times when outside of the apartment and our residents and guests are required to clean up after their pet(s). Great Place

Have lived here for three months now and have no negative comments. Staff is very nice, Residents are respectful, mostly young professionals. Maintenance responds very quickly – usually the same day or next day. The three pools are amazing, especially the one on the lake. The grounds are very well-maintained and quiet.
