Nice place
The Manager seems to care and the maintenance crew is nice and repairs things in a timely manner. As with any place, neighbors are a gamble but if you are kind people tend to be kind in return.
Not bad
We like living here. It's quiet and most people are nice. Maintenance is fast and done right. Their is really no place for kids to play except a little playground for toddlers and even that is very very small. The location is good, pretty centrally located but I have talked to some neighbors who rely on public transportation and they say it is very limited.
