Uncertain Review

We found our way around with some difficulty. You need a brief brochure on keys, mail, garage, pool etc, etc. etc, Can't believe pool does not open until 10. Can't judge value. Don't know how much noise we are causing apartment below with the loud washer since we are on the 4th floor. Some notes on apartment eudicot are needed. Love the view and the apartment.

Maintenance

The light bulb on the balcony is broken, and the door to the laundry is very difficult to open and close, the light bulbs in the fan in the living room and bedroom wobble on and off I ask for a repair many thanks Sybille Fraederich in 3307

Not what it was a year ago

Maintenance of common areas, or, hallways is abyssmal. Slow with reopening amenities during COVID epidemic. New staff don't seem to care.
