Feedback about SL

Enjoy the location of the apartment complex and the quietness of the surroundings. Nice, but older apartments. (would not consider them "luxury" apts.) Understand the rates for apt. living anywhere in Central Florida continue to rise, although, feel the rates are too high here and am shocked that they continue to rise each year by so much. Last renewal went up $120/mo! Am curious how much will increase this year under new ownership. Quick to address valid maintenance concerns. Enjoy the various events which provide a means to meet the neighbors.
