My experience living here at Heron Estate are as follows by having some of the most luxury amenities such as community room, exercise room, swimming area, patio area and lounging area. I have been living here four years. The community is a very lovely place to live and living in my apartment has brought me benefits such as better affordability, less maintenance, plenty of amenities, savings on insurance and greater flexibility to afford to live in a location I prefer. The up keep of inside of building

The experience living here has been interesting . It started off as nice building. The design of the interior hallways leave a lot to be desired. When it rains the water comes inside of the breeze way and there is water in the halls and entry ways leading to elevators. This can lead to something dangerous as most residents are aged or disabled. The mold in apartments.

Not caring about the Tenants

We have a new property manager and assistant have not introduced them self to the tenants. The Walkways in hallways are not kept clean and with the coronavirus pandemic we are getting no assistance and walkways are nasty for the seniors to Occupying.
