Not as Great as Promised

Been living here for almost 3 years now. A lot was worded great when I first moved in. But quickly started to notice issues. Original move in day was pushed back 3 day cause unit wasn't ready. But then my new move in day my unit still wasn't ready for us. Some of the residents don't respect the rules. Had to argue with property management for a year and a half for people constantly parking in my spot. I had two major issues that I needed management help for, and they promised they would help. But they basically forgot about me and my issues where never resolved. The units themselves are good, up to date appliances and washer and dryer in unit. which is extremely hard to find in this area. Price point for the area isn't bad could be better but isn't bad. The property management needs to invest in more cameras to help facilitate the rules. A Lot Of The Time they tell us to take pictures so they can see who is responsible for issues or call security. I believe if they were to put more cameras it was help see who is the problem and also help keep the complex safe in general for all residents.

Resident with high volume radio all night

This property should be a excellent place to live but sometimes I think I'm living on a 8 section project. one of my neighbor on 24901 SW 130 Ave apt 112 first building on the entrance first floor. Every weekend and some weeks dates maintained a radio on high volume until late night. People coming in and out from that apartment talking and screaming on the hallway. A guy parked a motorcycle in the hallway when he come to visit late at night. And turn on the motorcycle and accelerating the engine making a nasty noise late night. I have to work early and I spent all night awake because that noise.
