That's why we are a pet-friendly community; we love your pets as much as you do! Pre-approved pets are welcome in all residences. 2 Pets Max. 100 lbs. Weight Limit Pet Deposit is $250.00 per pet One time pet fee is $250.00 per pet and $25.00 pet rent each month. Breed Restrictions Apply. Akita, Bull Mastiff, American Stafford Terriers, Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Huskies, Chow Chow, Cane Corso, Wolf-Dog Hybrid, and any mixed breed that includes restricted breeds, dogs with specific defensive or attack training and any dog with a history of biting are strictly prohibited. Exotic pets and reptiles are also prohibited.
