Christian arrived today, for a maintenance request, I just wanted to leave a review. First time he has ever been to my home, he is extremely polite, courteous and knowledgeable! I have only great things to say about this man! One a scale of 1 to 10, a HUGE 10!

Maintenance
Maintenance here are the worst my stove has not work for 2 days no one has came and look at it although they have time to play pool in the office and I seen 1 guy driving around on golf cart picking up trash but they can't come and fix my stove this place is the worst.

Walden lake Apartments
The cozy and warm feeling I get because of my beautiful apartment are one of the many reasons i’m proud to call this place HOME. The recent property updates gives the property the extra finishes to make me feel as if I’m living in a high end community! From the newly renovated pool area, Gym and children’s play ground who my nieces absolutely love to play in,down to the newly added Dog park,soccer field, Outside work out area and all the new Neighborhood lighting go above and beyond everything i looked for in an apartment complex. Coming from New York the parking Availability is a busy person’s dream????! For the price I pay and the amenities received,I would say i’m blessed to be apart of such a great community and look forward to many more years here! Alll the employees have been amazing. They all go above and beyond with out hesitation and are the pure definition of great customer service!
