Better choice
For the price you can't beat it. Yes, I would prefer a couple more amenities but I can live without them. I appreciate the friendly staff and their sense of urgency for maintenance calls. Very peaceful here. Give it a try.
Housing
My overall experience living here this complex for 14 years has been relatively nice. Staffing and maintenance people have been very courteous and prompt. The community as a whole is quiet. Understandably the market for rental is constantly on the rise but the latest two years hike were astronomically over the average. I think management should give consideration of its longtime residents as well as consider their effort to maintain the property in good condition when applying rent increases.
