Hard to get carpet replaced! Very slow in work orders....building needs pressure washing, breezeway is filthy, office personnel seldom answer the phone

I have lived at Crystal Lake Apartments for 3 years now. Pros: great maintenance service, free air filters, relatively quiet neighborhood, if it is something the apartments cover they do respond quickly and courteously, &location is great except the schools it is zoned for are absolute trash (Warrington Middle School and Escambia High School). Cons: The rent goes up about $100-$150 each year, if you have a noisy neighbor and let the apartment staff aware the staff will just tell you to call law enforcement, you have to pay $300 above your rent each month for water, sewer, trash, amenities and office building utilities, dumpster area can get quiet disguising and overloaded, totaled or wrecked vehicles stay for extended periods of time before finally towed away, dog poop on the grassy areas where children play, & pretty strong smell of weed (doesn't both me none but it may others). I wish there was better regular upkeep of the apartment property like trash picked up off the ground and around dumpster, dog area trash taken out, apartment buildings and their breezeways pressure washed, & road paint a fresh coat of paint. Overall, this is great place to live and could be better with a few changes but the price going up every year for the same thing is quite ridiculous to me.
