Pool is virtually monitored

The pool rules are clearly stated in the lease agreement. One such rule is that there are to be no pets inside of the pool enclosure. Another is that reports of a nuisance barking dog will be met with discipline...ha, ha, ha! Some guy named Paul has been taking his barking, loud, very annoying dachshund INTO the pool enclosure nearly every Sunday this summer (2020) including today (Aug. 16). The dog is loud enough to prevent a nice relaxing Sunday nap... with the doors and windows closed, and even with a TV on. Why does Paul do this on Sunday?... Because no one from the office EVER monitors the pool on a Sunday, not EVER! We have repeatedly reported this offense to the rental office. Others have reported it to the office staff. Obviously the office staff cares nothing about lease rules because no action has ever been taken that would prevent Paul from doing this. I can guarantee he and his dog will be in the pool enclosure again next Sunday weather permitting. Want to swim where Paul takes his cute, little, obnoxious dachshund to play with impunity?

Pretty Great

I don't know about costs. from where I am from these rates are astronomical. But seems to be quite fair for the area. Everything else is exceptional. I walk everywhere. It's in the middle of everything don't even need a car. Any issues fixed next day. Awesome. Great place!
