Nice place to live
We have lived here for 2 months and liked the location and the apartment.
Proud to live here
I love living at this apartment community. It is small enough to get to know your neighbors but big enough to have privacy. The staff have been wonderful and always friendly to the point I stop in just to say hello on my dog walks. Maintenance is superb! They are prompt, fix things without me even bringing it up, and go above and beyond. The pool access is a concern because it allows people from outside the apartment community to use if they sneak in. There is measures to have trespassers moved by calling security but kind of awkward to ask someone if they live here. Otherwise, I love living here and am proud to call it my home.
Great Customer Service
I was greeted very warmly and enthusiastically by the agent and manager of the site. Both were very helpful in and excited about getting me in as a tenant. The property is well maintained. While I cannot speak on the maintenance at this moment, I will honestly say the cost to rent these places are a bit pricey for what you get, and there are not very many amenities. Like there is no gym. Only a pool. The only reason I considered the places is because the location is great for me. Plus I need the quietness. And I love the style of the villas. I do see where they could add more outlet access in the garages and the porches in the front could have been a little bigger. But overall I would give this property a five just because of management and location. Thanks Michael and Shyte for inspiring me to make this my home.
