Second term renter

Great location, attractive design and layout. Common areas are well maintained. I wouod have been thoroughly happy if it weren’t for the fact that i can hear the neighbor taking a shower and also their conversations. The wall in that area is poorly insulated. To make matters worse, there is a loud knarling noise coming from their waterlines everytime they take a shower. Maintenance has not been successful in repairing the issue.
