Average

Subpar management for the price of rent. No updates on when the amenities such as conference room, coffee, sauna, will reopen, although we continue to pay the same rent. The staff is constantly changing. When renewing a lease, no one told us that the new rent prices were lowered and we were going to sign a lease for a higher price had we not done our own research. Overall, I wouldn't live here if it wasn't so close to my job, the location is great, that's about it.

Property with potential

The property itself is well equipped and has so much potential, unfortunately management of the property is horrendous. Unfriendly staff, never resolve any problems and only present excuses, overall don't recommend this property to anyone.
