As a month long tenant I can share a few likes that I have. First, I like the location. It is central to most of what I need or want. Having said that, it is only two blocks from the fire department so I hear a lot of sirens daily. The good side of that is that if I ever experience a fire, they will arrive quickly! We enjoy the pool, and the grounds are well kept. Haven't used the dog run yet or the play ground, too hot right now. There is also a 24 hour workout center and a sauna. My best impression yet is how quickly the team gets to your maintenance requests. Put in a request in the morning and before days end, the problem is solved. My biggest disappointment is the lack of available garages. I do enjoy the location of my apartment tho, which is located on the back side of the building, away from typical parking lot noises. So far, the neighbors are friendly enough without being invasive and the staff is top notch.

I have lived in this community for over 3 yrs and it as been a great experience. It is a clean, safe and friendly environment, with great staff. Ms. Ashley as been an awesome and is always ready to assist when call upon. Great place and people

Close to everything on the beach but tucked away enough to not even know its there unless you live there.
