A FRESH Start for a Single Mama
I am over the moon to be moviing into this community with my big dog and little lady. It was the perfect find and I am beyond excited to have met the amazing staff on site.
Poor maintenance
I've asked and filled maintance requests and nothing has been done.
Good place to live
I have been here since aug 2024. I came from a MAA property in Jacksonville, where i stayed for over 4 years. I love the location and the area. Im disappointed in amenities that are advertised but not available, primarily the car wash and the gates. They worked for a day and now they are wide open again. Maintenance seemed to be something that is brought upin most reviews and i see why. Very slow to take care or basic items. I will say when floor peeled sub contractors were quick to repair
We Love MAA Apartments and PCB
My girlfriend and I lived in MAA in Panama City Beach Apartments since March 21st 2021. They treat your pets like family. You are in the Heart of PCB what can you asked for. We love our 1 bedroom and 1 bath apartment. The beach is 6 blocks away which its 15 minute walked. Its Gated apartments which its awesome. Go MAA and PCB!
Staff
Staff and maintenance both are always helpful. The apartments are very spacious.
