Great place to live
I have lived here over 20 years. Through management and office changes it always been a wonderful place to live. Close to everything in Tampa Bay but quiet. Nice mix of retirees, young people and families is refreshing. The biggest plus is they allow pets! Maintenance is reliable and quick and the office is always available to help with questions or problems... plus they book the best food trucks!

Incomparable, Unique, and Special
This has been the best living experience we have enjoyed in our lifetime. The staff has been and is the most excellent, professional, and caring ever. All maintenance issues are resolved immediately. Everyone is so courteous. These are the reasons why we have continued to live her for the last nine years.

I love this place. Pam and Deb and every employee are super professional. You put a request for something, it's done that day or the next. They are like ninjas. This is home. You would not find this anywhere else! I am so lucky to be living here. Staff feels like family. They go above and beyond for us tenants. Anyone living here should consider living at Stonegate a privilege.
