Awesome but overpriced

Great building, worth the extra money but you can find similar ones that are nearly just as new for way less.

Just being candid

I spend so much more now on groceries being delivered, Internet to run my businesses due to Hotwire being terrible, and loudness in the gameroom on my floor as crazy hours throughout the night.
