Snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons. Its great living here im actually about to move to a two bedroom, but the newly installed speed bumps are uneven to the point of if you aren't going 1 mph you will most likely bottom out everytime if you aren't in a SUV or truck.
