Tolerable experience
We have been living here for a few months. When we first got our lease we wrote all the things that were noted to be wrong/broken/missing from the apartment. Nothing had been repaired when we moved in. Emailing the office is difficult when there are inquiries for the apartment costs or general questions. When going in-person, it feels like you're being rushed to leave. The overall appearance of the property vary as when one is exiting the complex from the trash compactor area, there's a DIY dumping ground! The complex charges for pest control monthly, but no one has been to the unit. There are monthly charges for a "Parcel Pending" which is meant to be like an Amazon Hub locker system in which the courier's leave your package in an locker that you'd get the notification of the unit number and passcode but the courier's here just used the standard parcel locker!
Friendly and quite place to live
Love the community and the nature trees give it a nice touch
Basic
Rent has gone up by $100 each year with nothing to show for it around the complex. This year it has increased by $140.. for what?
Over priced and under poor management
Between neighbors overhead stomping all day, dogs barking all hours of the night & addicts roaming the property, it has been a Very Very frustrating place to call home.
Spacious living space too much hidden costs
When we moved in we were unaware of all the other charges they added to the rent. I have renters insurance with another company and they wont put it through. I’m still paying the liability in rent. I have gone to the office multiple times and it still has not been updated.
