Thin floors/walls

This place is gorgeous. Issue is the fact that you can hear everything from the dog running around to the person walking around in their heels above you.

Sole @ Casselberry Review.

Great place to live! The office staff is incredible, you can’t beat the amenities the pool with cabanas looks like a resort pool, the apartments are very modern looking and the maintenance staff is always on point! I would highly recommend checking Sole out, you won’t regret it!

No Parking

The parking is terrible and the apartments are not sound proof. You can hear through the walls and floors. Upstair neighbors run and drop stuff on floors all day and night. The location is convenient to shops and dining. Property has great upkeep.
