Needs improvement
The kids needs a place to play. They run all over the building and on every floor. There needs to be a swing set or playground. They have nothing for the kids to do. The kids are very disturbing especially when you are working from home on a meeting. They run all on the different floors and all you hear is loud footsteps noise. There's no respect for people that works two jobs and need to rest. There's too much noise from kids to even rest. The basketball court was taken away to make a parking lot. People let their animals walk all around on no lease. They let them pee on the poles and the sidewalks poo in front of your door and don't even pick it up. The lights for the sidewalks need to be adjusted. It gets dark in the evening and it is very black dark it is very dangerous for a female. Someone could get raped, stab, shot, kidnapped it is just that dark. I must say they are now working on repairing this apartment complex finally.
