It's got potential

The building and the units need a lot of TLC. The building is located in a great location with access to the Earman River making this prime property, however the owners lack of interest of getting good tenants has caused this place to not be considered prime property. I would not mind paying more rent if the units had full upgrades.

Quality Home Environment

We were so glad to find this apartment community--it's perfectly located for our needs, the neighbors are friendly, the apartment is really nice, and we have designated parking spots and a laundry facility (thank goodness). It's been hard trying to find something that met all the criteria, but this place is perfect!!! There has been some noise from time to time, but nothing memorable. I personally enjoy having the dock and water at the far end, and all of the landscape surrounding the buildings. The rental office is a little far, but thanks to online payments there isn't much need to go there in person, and if I call they always answer and are very accommodating. Maintenance came the same day we called them (the one time that we did) and he was quick and professional, which I really appreciated. All in all I give it a 5 star rating :)

It has potential

I have been a resident for 8 years. I have seen the very best to the very worst move in and out. The maintenance crew lacks the proper knowledge to do the repairs on the property. They try to do quick fixes instead of actual repair work by licensed personnel. The parking is not in chronological order to the location of the apt units. There is only one laundry room with three washers/dryers for two buildings with a total of 32 units.
