Good for price

Nice place with no glaring issues. Maintenance is timely and pest control is a plus. Staff is friendly and neighbors are generally cognizant of noise. 7.5/10.

New management always does new changes & always rises rent.

Changes have been made to units, but it is always units that are to be currently rented. So, for residents that have been here longer we are still dealing with the old equipment and flooring. You have increased the rent to include renter's insurance to cover your old equipment. You keep bringing in people that have no respect for other people and cannot park! My car was side swapped in your Parking Lot and I have no evidence to go after anyone.
