Countryside Oasis

Been here for a little over 4 months and can honestly say nothing has changed and that is a positive thing. Staff has been amazing sweet and kind from the office to maintenance. Trash removal service has me so spoiled I love it. My unit is adorable with a great size balcony and pretty landscapes. It has a full size washer and dryer so I don't need to leave my home. It is clean here inside and out. Overall I still can't believe how quiet and peaceful it has been here especially with so many buildings and units. Great views and a lot of natural sunlight so I don't use my electricity. Even my pet is in heaven here. LOL! This place was a little hidden gem and I am glad that I found it. We are so appreciative and want to give a warm thank you to the staff from my family and I. Everyone has been very accommodating. We are very happy here. Have a wonderful week everybody! :)

Its a nice place to call home

I have been her 7 years and think the current staff does the best job yet. I am pleased with some of the upgrades I have seen. Rent is expensive everywhere and Sundance is too but the value for the money is here!

The office staff is very friendly, but that's where the praise ends unfortunately.

I like it here a lot. We have had some issues with air conditioning in the last apartment but that is about it.
