Nob Hill

Parking and pedestrian walkways need improvement. Office staff and maintenance is top notch.

Great place to live

I love living here! Very quiet and secure place to live. I love that it has a doggy park and plenty of guest parking spots which is the most difficult thing to find in Miami. The location is also great. I couldn’t find a better place to live other than Legacy nob hill
