Worst management in Miami

Management only cares about money and not experience of the community. They fail in understanding the needs of the people living here. It is not surprising that the comments that exist in every social media outlet is negative.

Dishonest response

When repairing mold, repairs different from the first explanation. Things were destroyed, but there is no apology from the apartment side. Expensive billing without explanation. No one answers when I email a question.

Southgate Towers, Miami Beach.

Awesome staff. Extremely polite and helpful. Great residents. Everyone seems to be nice and welcoming. My neighbors are awesome. Really feels like a community. Amenities are great. There are bikes, paddle boards, salt water pool, etc. Reliable security people who make rounds. I feel very safe here, despite everything that is going on with the riots and stuff. The only downside is parking. The parking is great but kind of expensive. But parking anywhere in South Beach is expensive. There are multiple parking options to fit everyone’s budget. I am extremely happy here and plan to stay here for a long time. The only thing I worry about is how much the rent may go up each year. My last rental, the rent went up $200 per month each lease renewal. Went up $600 a month in 4 years. I don’t know how much it will go up here but I hope it does not go up much.
