Needs a lot of work done for the price of the rent.
Carpet over 10 years old.bathroom sink rusted out.bathtub rusted out.linoleum floor needs replaced to many others to list.

I have lived here for over a year now and love it. The maintenance is great. The office team is always friendly. The manager Jamie is always helpful with whatever I need.
