Good for the Most Part
I enjoy the amenities and the location is very close to most major cities such as Orlando, Winter Park, Altamonte, Lake Mary, and Sanford. My main issue is the noise level. I understand it's normal to hear some noise, but our upstairs neighbor has had multiple complaints filed on them by people in the building, and they are still unnecessarily noisy. Our downstairs neighbor often argues with her significant other, and when she does, she slams doors and yells at the top of her lungs. Just be prepared for neighbor roulette, but overall I enjoy it here.

Great job
Everything with the complex has been great. My only concerns are the trash guys often miss taking trash out once or twice a week. And buisling 6 has had a problem of people leaving wrappers and trash on the ground including dog poop near the buildings. If this could be addressed everything else is good, keep ip the geeat work team.

This apartment offers modern amenities, a spacious layout, and a prime location near local shops and transit. The management is responsive, and maintenance is prompt. However, noise from neighboring units can be a concern. Overall, it's a comfortable and convenient choice.
